We will also act on a daily basis to deal with any issues that arise by restoring temporary funding to parts of the government that were inappropriately shut down by the President. Today we dealt with two such issues - restoring funding for the Veterans Administration handling of disability claims, and for re-opening of national parks such as the World War II Memorial.
