Jones (NC-3) implored President Barack Obama to reconsider the Bilateral Security Agreement that is currently being discussed between the United States and Afghanistan. Under the agreement, the United States would continue to send aid to Afghanistan and would retain a troop presence for 10 years beyond 2014.
