Following these office hours, the Congressman will have brought ‘Tour 34’ to each community across the 4th District this year as part of his commitment to hold constituent office hours in all 34 cities and towns by the end of 2013.   “Tour 34 has been a successful way to connect with residents across the district, and we look forward to concluding the year by bringing our resources to Norfolk, Seekonk and Rehoboth,” said Congressman Kennedy. “We remain committed to ensuring that every community in the 4th District has access to the services our office can provide.”   The schedule for office hours on Saturday, December 7 is as follows:   9:30AM – 10:30AM Norfolk Public Library 139 Main Street Norfolk, MA   11:30AM – 12:30PM Seekonk Public Library 410 Newman Avenue Seekonk, MA   1:45PM – 2:45PM Blanding Library 124 Bay State Road Rehoboth, MA Congressman Kennedy’s local office hours are open to constituents across the 4th District.
