The enactment of the 123 Agreement is just the latest example of how strong a partner the Republic of Korea has become for the United States, said Congressman Kinzinger. The US-Korea bilateral relationship already includes the U.S.-Republic of Korea Free Trade Agreement (KORUS FTA) and our deep military cooperation on the Korean Peninsula, and this civil nuclear agreement further cements that alliance.
