H.Res 293 expresses concern over the incitement disseminated by the Palestinian Authority. H.Res. 354 expresses concern over anti-Semitism in Europe and calls on Europe to work with the Jewish leadership to help protect Jewish communities from future attack. The recent rise of both anti-Semitic attack in Europe as well as Palestinian incitement and terrorist attacks in Israel demonstrate what Martin Luther King Jr. observed, that anti-Zionism is but a form of anti-Semitism. This sort of primitive hate should have no place in the 21st century.
