LoBiondo (NJ-02) today announced a federal grant and a federal loan from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)’s Rural Development office to the Borough of Clayton for Phase 1 of their water system improvement project. “USDA has been a great partner with many communities in South Jersey throughout the years to upgrade public infrastructure and services.
