Congress must act to ensure that the President is covered by the same laws that govern White House employees.” Congressman Dave Loebsack released the following statement today after the Director of the Office of Government Ethics said Kellyanne Conway’s comments criticizing Nordstrom and promoting Ivanka Trumps’ clothing line was a “clear violation” of ethics rules .
