"Every two years, Congress is tasked with ensuring America's water resource infrastructure capabilities are maximized to benefit the communities they serve. With the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers bordering our district, our area plays a particularly important role in the nation's water infrastructure. We also see more than our fair share of flooding and water issues.
