The intelligence community’s conclusion that Russia acted in a way to undermine our elections is deeply troubling and to restore full faith in our electoral process, our country needs to take action and get answers. “I commend President Obama’s direction to the CIA to conduct a full review and issue a report before the end of his term in January and I join many of my Democratic colleagues who have called for a bipartisan Congressional investigation. Surely preserving our just and free electoral process is a cause worthy of bipartisanship. “Any attack, attempted or successful, on our people and our elections, is a grave offense against our democracy and way of life and must be treated as such. The American people deserve answers.
