Under new regulations all trucking companies will be mandated to install and use ELDs to track hours of service. Some truckers say that the use of these devices work well with large trucking businesses, but for smaller businesses some say the new mandate would become a financial burden. "The majority of the trucking industry is single truck owner operators like myself or small companies, 20 trucks or smaller, and it's just not working," truck driver Kevin Steinchan said. Rep.
