Noem. “This pipeline would create jobs, alleviate pressure on our road systems and rails, and generate revenues for our states to support local schools and infrastructure. This is not the end of this fight and I look forward to resurrecting this debate in the New Year.” Noem has been a vocal supporter of the Keystone XL Pipeline’s construction.
