The former employees also complained of a hostile work environment during the meeting that took place in Mountain Iron. Nolan says the allegations are very troubling and Tomsassoni says they will share what they heard with the VA Secretary and Inspector General to get to the bottom of the situation. Earlier this month Nolan and Senators Al Franken and Amy Klobuchar asked the VA Inspector General to look into the charges and report back to them.
