Pallone also discussed the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and lauded the Boys and Girls Club’s Triple Play program, which is designed to (1) educate youth about good nutrition, (2) make physical fitness a daily practice and (3) develop individual strengths and good character. “I’m pleased to see all of the good work being done here at the Boys and Girls Club of Monmouth County,” said Pallone. “The health benefits of diet and exercise are widely known, and it is critical that young people form good habits early to avoid negative health affects later in life.
