There are reasons to be hopeful. The expansion of antiretroviral drugs has helped save millions of lives and kept millions more from becoming infected. But we must do more. We must continue to support those living with HIV and AIDS, make sure they get the treatment they need, and promote testing and prevention in the U.S. and abroad.
