This bipartisan transportation bill provides North Carolina more than $5 billion to meet critical infrastructure needs, and its fully paid for, said Congressman Pittenger. For too long, Congress has lurched from crisis to crisis, passing stop-gap transportation bills and ignoring long-term needs. This is governing. Today, we did our job. This is how government is supposed to work.
