I’m proud to support legislation that will help create jobs and make it easier for our community to innovate.” Miami, Florida – Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen announced her support of two bills that work to help small businesses: ·         the Small Business Capital Access and Job Preservation Act would cut regulations on certain financial firms in order to streamline small business’ access to capital; and ·         the Innovation Act that makes commonsense reforms to the legal standards concerning patent litigation and the ability to sue for patent infringement in order to prevent frivolous lawsuits.   Both bills aim to make it less costly and more efficient to do business in today’s globalized world.
