The Rural Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault and Stalking Assistance Program grant will fund the development of a comprehensive plan for responding to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence and stalking in the Northern Mariana Islands. Through this 24-month rural planning grant, the Pacific Ombudsman for Humanitarian Law will work with its project partners, Guma Esperansa and Karidat Social Services, to develop the plan.
