This policy was allowed to expire because American taxpayers are fed up with Obama Administration’s climate change plans. Today I stand with Pennsylvania taxpayers who are tired of handing over their hard earned money in the form of corporate welfare to the wind industry. “Americans have asked for serious reforms to our arcane tax code, and that is a shared goal I am committed to seeing through.
