The Iranian economy has already markedly improved since the talks began, and providing an additional $700 million a month in relief will only further weaken our negotiating position while allowing this State Sponsor of Terrorism to push closer toward a nuclear weapon. This indecisive action is unacceptable and directly undermines our strategic interests and those of our allies.
