While executive action is not a permanent solution, in the absence of reform legislation, it is necessary to protect families, strengthen our community, and boost the economy,” said Titus. “Two years after the President laid out his reform principles in Las Vegas it is fitting that he return to Southern Nevada to outline his historic plan to improve our broken immigration system.
