Congressman Visclosky testified before the ITC in defense of the American steel industry during the ITC’s hearing on this case on May 22, 2014. As a result of these determinations, the U.S. Department of Commerce will issue antidumping duty orders on these imports. “I am pleased that the ITC sent the message today that we will not tolerate illegal trade.
