It is not the role of the Executive Branch to pick and choose which parts of a law to execute and which to disregard. There are numerous Members of Congress, myself included, that stand willing and eager to work with the President on minimizing the damage Obamacare will inflict on Americans, but when many in Congress voiced concern over the very issues we are seeing play out now, the President was unwilling to even discuss it. Whether you are a Republican or Democrat, if you love freedom, then the process matters.
