U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) announced today the Senate approved $425 million for states to enhance their voting systems. Kentucky is expected to receive more than $6 million of that funding, which is included in the Fiscal Year 2020 government-funding agreement. The measure now goes to President Trump for his signature.
