Risch. “This is a restaurant that has grown and adapted for the past 11 years. Locally owned and operated, La Plaza serves unique, traditional Mexican fare to Southern Idaho and its visitors. La Plaza is a true illustration of the American Dream. Started out of a converted two-car garage, the small business is now operated out of a 1,992 square foot space on Buhl’s Main Street. I congratulate everyone at La Plaza on their success and wish them the very best in their future growth.” Founded in 2003 by Guadalope “Lupe” and Chon Loza, La Plaza specializes in homemade traditional Mexican cuisine.
